HTC has launched its new mid-range phone as Desire 326G on Tuesday (April 14, 2015). It will be like the previous 526G + in terms of design and specs. The price has not yet been revealed by the company. Sale will start from the second half of May in all major retail outlets.
The smartphone has a 4.5-inch HD display and 854×480 pixel resolution (218 ppi). It is powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Speadtrum SC7731G processor and 1GB of RAM. It has 8GB of inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat with the company’s Sense UI.
It comes with an 8-megapixel autofocus rear facing camera with LED flash and 2-megapixel front facing camera for clicking selfies. The phone’s rear camera can capture 1080p video. It is a Dual micro-SIM phone and supports 3G. It is backed by a 2000mAh battery. Other connectivity options available are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB v2.0.The smartphone will be available in White Birch and Black Onyx colour variants.
