Apart of the band, company provides an additional Strap for the band, a small screw driver for the strap and USB charging cable. The Intex FitRist Pulzz can be purchased via Flipkart.

Major features given in the FitRist Pulzz:

The smart band can be connected to any Android (Android 4.4 or above) and iOS (iOS 7.0 or above) device with the help of the FitRist App. User needs to download it from their respective store. It uses Bluetooth to connect with the device, it is easy to connect and works within 5-10 meter of distance.

It has a soft plastic body with smooth rubber strap connected to the device via screws. The device name is on the top of display and the touch button is in the below.  At the back side, there is bulgy sensors, I guess it is for the better synchronisation of BPM. There is charging pin point below and a serial number at above the sensors. Overall the design is good and it looks great in hands.

Intex FitRist Pulzz Specification:

The Intex FitRist Pulzz is powered by NRF51822 QFAC SoC with 32k RAM and 256k ROM.  It features a 0.66-inch of display size and has 64×48 pixel resolution.  It is IP X7 water resistant and has PT15-21C/TR8 heart rate sensor. It is packed with 80-mAh of battery which can be charged via Clip USB Cable. It is 28.6 gm in weight and 138.2mm in thickness.

User Experience:

In my usage I finds out that the measures are not always accurate with respect to the original data. All the features like Step Count, BPM, Sleep Monitor and Distance covered, all shows irrelevant figures sometimes. I guess that Intex team needs to work on their algorithms to make it more accurate.

The Music features given in the device helps to play/pause the songs directly, users can also change the songs. It gives me regular notifications of Calls, Messages, Hydration and Alarms, even it shows WhatsApp notifications. The Camera feature gives access to use the FitRist camera to shoot images direct via Band. Images are not of good quality but acceptable.

The battery performance of the device is good and it takes around 30-45 minutes to full charge. It last up to 5-6 days with a full charge. The device can be seen under direct sunlight and has good display properties. Users can also set separate alarms in the Band. The FitRist app is average, good to use but needs to improve the user interface and features like Sound Notification, Synchronization etc.

Talking about durability of the Band, the colour of the straps starts fading off with use also the main display body gets scratched easily. It also not able to with stand water for long time, as I was caught in rain and on reaching home I finds out the water is inside the display panel. The band is for daily rough usage so it needs to be more sturdy and resistive.

Intex FitRist Pulzz

Overall, it is a good device with respect to the given specification, features and Price point. There are better options available in the market but are costly. Mi Band, EnerZ Go Fit, Mi Band 2, Yu Fit are the other options in this segment.
