Lenovo’s Moto Z and Moto Z Play finally launched in India, which was revealed earlier at IFA 2016. Moto Z is the new entry in the Flagship segment by Lenovo. The key features of Moto Z is the different Mods connection/addition along with USB-C port for headphone and Water Repellent Nano Coating. Moto Z Play also has good specification but it is for under 30K segment. The Moto Z is priced at 39999 INR while the Moto Z Play is priced at 24999 INR. Both the smartphone will be go on sale from 17th October midnight. They’ll be coming in Black and White colour variant. The Moto Mods will be sold separately at a starting price of 899 INR.
The Flagship Moto Z is equipped with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz with LPDDR 4 and Adreno 530 GPU. There will be 64GB of internal storage with and expandable microSD card slot of 2TB. The display features a 5.5-inch QHD AMOLED screen with 2560×1440 pixel resolution, also the screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Moto Z is a dual-SIM smartphone and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with OIS, Laser Autofocus, f/1.8 aperture, dual-tone LED flash. The front shooter is of 5-megapixel and features an f/2.2 aperture and wide-angle lens. It is backed by 2600mAh of battery with Turbo Charging and has connectivity options like NFC, Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS and Bluetooth.
Moto Z Play is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset clocked at 2GHz with 4GB of RAM. It features a 5.5-inch FHD Super AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. There is 32GB of onboard storage and a 2TB expandable microSD card slot. The SIM and OS functionality of this smartphone is same as Moto Z. It is equipped with 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0, Laser Autofocus and LED flash, along with a 5-megapixel front camera. It has massive 3510mAh of battery with Turbo Charging. Connectivity options are NFC, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, USB Type-C and Wi-Fi.
