ZTE expands it’s portfolio with new Axon 7 Mini

Expanding its Axon series of smartphone, ZTE announces it’s new Axon 7 mini at IFA 2016, Berlin. The smartphone has been priced at 299 Euro (approx Rs 22,300). The USP of smartphone is G3 curvature design,Dual Speaker at front with Dolby Atma Technology, an all-metal unibody and 2.5D curved-edge glass touchscreen.

ZTE Axon 7 mini features a 5.2-inch full HD Amoled display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It powered by octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 617 processor. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, which can be expandable via microSD card.

Axon 7 mini sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with PDAF. At the front it has an 8-megapixel camera. There is a fingerprint sensor which is placed under the rear camera. It is a dual-SIM phone which supports 4G LTE on one SIM and 3G or lower on the other. It’ll be running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. The Axon 7 mini is packed with 2705mAh battery and has Quick Charge 2.0 support. Instead of normal USB It’ll be having USB Type-C connector for charging and data transfer.

The Axon 7 mini’s design is created in collaboration with Designworks, a BMW subsidiary. Also the front speaker can deliver a “7.1 surround sound-like audio experience” according to the company. It will be available to buy in India from September 7. The company hasn’t specified the exact price of Axon 7 mini in India.
